A test drive and a couple of negotiated items on the final price and I was in documentation. I was equally impressed with Jessica who ran the documentation. She was ready and prepared. The whole process was actually very personable and streamlined.

Jacob made our recent used vehicle purchase a very enjoyable experience. Communication was always prompt but never rushed. The car we were intersted in had more technology than we were used to and Jacob offered to show us through every function. He patiently answered every question and his knowledge was impressive. I leased a 2022 Toyota Truck, the lease was about to mature and I was stressed out about it but John and Team Toyota took the stress away and got me into another 2024 truck with the payments I wanted. Kelsey in the Mercedes repair center was extremely helpful and efficient in setting up my maintenance schedule, arranging for me to get a loaner car and then personally going out to my car and "normalizing" one of the car's power window switches after the work was completed.

I called Bellingham Toyota Dealership on a whim yesterday. I had the good fortune to be directed to salesman Sam Wood. He answered all my questions plus apprized me of things I hadn’t thought to ask. Sam perused the inventory and called me back to say he had “the car” I’d shown interest. In fact he had the exact model I had asked for. We took a test drive and he spent a lengthy amount of time going over the cars specifications, essential details and functions in a knowledgable, relaxed, personable manner. Sam linked my phone to Car-Play and demonstrated the numerous feature the infotainment screen. Plus eased my concern of retaining this information and told me we would go over care and functions in depth prior to driving off the lot in the coming week. It is comforting to know Im able to return for a refresher (techno) if or when needed. It was an enjoyable seamless experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Toyota of Bellingham.
